PARAGOULD, AR :: FFO Home continues to blaze a trail of opening stores in the southern United States and Haag Brown Commercial is excited to announce the company has finalized a deal in Paragould, Arkansas. The 1.35 acre site is at 1210 Linwood Drive beside Aaron’s.

FFO Home is a superior value furniture retailer who offers their customers top quality furniture and selection at a price 30-50% below their competitors.  The company was founded over 30 years ago and keeps expanding with nearly 40 locations across multiple states. This is the fourth FFO Home store Haag Brown Commercial has helped establish in Arkansas in the past 18 months.

Haag Brown Commercial worked closely with J&L Development Company, LLC who will be developing the site for FFO Home. “FFO opened in Jonesboro a couple years ago and the store has experienced excellent performance,” stated Jason Gazaway of Gazaway & White Real Estate.  “Logistically, it makes sense to take a hard look at Paragould. We are excited to have the opportunity to develop this property for FFO and believe they will be a great addition to the growing Paragould market.”

With the city’s close proximity to both Jonesboro and Memphis, Paragould has grown to be the 19th largest city in Arkansas. “The growth of this market over the past few years has been impressive. It was no question that FFO needed to be a part of it. We were just looking for the right deal and we found it!”, stated Haag Brown Commercial Principal Joshua Brown.

The building will total 20,050 square feet and feature a 14,050 square foot showroom and a 6,000 square foot warehouse. It is nestled in Paragould’s rapidly growing retail market along Highway 49 South just minutes from the epicenter of retail in Paragould, which is the Linwood/West Kingshighway intersection. The area contains several national hotels, restaurants and retailers.
