NEA Baptist and Haag Brown Commercial are pleased to announce that Haag Brown Commercial has acquired the real estate to several NEA Baptist off-campus clinics in northeast Arkansas. The 10 clinics were acquired by HB Medical, LLC from Northeast Arkansas Clinic Properties, a real estate holding company created by the founding members of NEA Clinic. The clinics will continue to operate as they always have within the NEA Baptist Health System. The only way the public will be able to tell there is a new owner of the real estate is by reading this release.

“This acquisition is the culmination of conversations that have been taking place over a period of years, and would not have been possible without the patience and perseverance of Dr. Robert Taylor and many others,” said Haag Brown Commercial Principal, Joshua Brown.

The 10 clinics are scattered throughout northeast Arkansas, with locations in Cherokee Village, Newport, Osceola, Paragould, Trumann and 5 facilities in Jonesboro.
