Haag Brown Commercial Leasing Agent Reaches Career Goal
Haag Brown Commercial Real Estate and Development is excited to announce that the company’s leasing specialist, Garrett McPherson, has obtained his Certified Commercial Investment Member designation, which, to our knowledge, makes him the only CCIM in the state of Arkansas that specializes in leasing.
“I remember the emotion I felt when getting the call that I had passed my CCIM final exam,” said Haag Brown Commercial Principal Joshua Brown. “Garrett called me when he found out and I could tell in his voice that he had that same feeling! We are proud of him.”
CCIM designees are recognized as leading experts in commercial investment real estate. Members have completed advanced coursework in financial and market analysis, and demonstrated extensive experience in the commercial real estate industry.
“Obtaining my CCIM designation was one of the main goals I set when entering the commercial real estate business almost 6 years ago,” said Garrett McPherson. “It’s one of those achievements that goes at the very top of the list for your entire professional career. The CCIM process has taken me to several different places and allowed me to meet some of the most successful people in the real estate industry. I wouldn’t trade it for anything.”
Within the past 5 years, Garrett has completed more lease deals than anyone else in the Jonesboro market. “Garrett is already a great asset to our clients,” stated Joshua Brown. “This designation only serves to publicly illustrate his commitment to continuing his education in order to further help clients with leasing and investments.”
