FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE:
SEARCY, AR | April 17, 2017 :: Tacos 4 Life is continuing their course of expansion in 2017!! After announcing three new locations coming to Little Rock, Benton and Springdale, Haag Brown is excited to release that a fourth deal has closed that will bring the restaurant to Searcy.
Tacos 4 Life, a Conway based company whose ultimate goal is to eradicate childhood hunger worldwide, provides Feed My Starving Children the funds necessary to purchase one meal for every meal sold in the restaurant.
“Our main focus as a restaurant is to feed hungry children by providing customers with made-from-scratch, amazing food. Opening another location will allow us to build relationships in a new community and raise even more meals for hungry children.” Ashton Samuelson :: Tacos 4 Life Owner
The new restaurant will be part of a 8,100 square foot retail center, built by Nix McCartney Construction, that has frontage on East Race Avenue. The site is directly across from White County Medical, the city’s largest employer, and sits just west of US Highway 67, lending it exposure to 22,000 cars per day. The booming area is rapidly expanding with both nationally and locally owned businesses, restaurants and retailers such as Starbucks and Colton’s.
The 1.11 acre tract of land was purchased from the Hays family and is being developed by Haag Brown Development for JRN Investments, LLC. Additional space will be available for lease within the contemporary retail center.
“The Searcy Tacos 4 Life project is an exciting one for us at HB for numerous reasons, but in part because of the cast of players involved in the deal. We worked with Robin Nix at JRN Investments and Tacos 4 Life in putting together the project. Both of these companies are doing things with eternal implications and it is exciting to play a small part in it.” Joshua Brown :: Haag Brown Commercial Principal
Tacos 4 Life will open their Searcy location in July of 2017.
