WARRENSBURG, MO
FFO Home continues to blaze a trail of opening stores in the southern United States and Haag Brown Commercial is excited to announce the company has finalized a deal in central Missouri. The popular furniture store will occupy the former Office Depot space just north of the University of Central Missouri and the US Highway 50 bypass in Warrensburg. Haag Brown Development purchased the building on July 6.
FFO Home is a superior value furniture retailer who offers their customers top quality furniture and selection at a price 30- 50% below their competitors. The company was founded over 30 years ago and keeps expanding with 45 locations across multiple states.
Due to the city’s close proximity to Kansas City, the population of Warrensburg has been increasing steadily.
“The growth of this market over the past few years has been impressive. It was no question that FFO needed to be a part of it. The vacant Office Depot provided a great entry to the market,” stated Haag Brown Commercial Principal Joshua Brown.
Eric Franz of CBRE in Kansas City represented the building’s seller, Spirit Master Funding IV, LLC, in the transaction. Haag Brown Development will begin re-configuring the space for FFO Home immediately.
The FFO Home store will utilize the entire 20,560 square foot Office Depot space which is in close proximity to such national restaurants and retailers as Applebee’s, Wal-Mart Super Center, Lowe’s, Buffalo Wild Wings, Pizza Hut and Aldi. The building is located directly across from the entrance to Wal-Mart Super Center and has exposure to over 16,000 cars per day.
