Tacos 4 Life, a Conway based company on a mission to help end world hunger, is teaming up with Dillard’s, the mulit-million dollar department store chain founded in Arkansas and headquartered in Little Rock, to bring a new store to the McCain Mall Development off Highway 67 on Warden Road.

As Haag Brown continues to implement its vigorous development strategy for the growing restaurant group, this deal is a game changer. Not only does it solidify Tacos 4 Life as a consistent, quality brand, but it will serve as a springboard for new expansion possibilities in Arkansas, Oklahoma, Texas and Tennessee.

Tacos 4 Life entered into an agreement with Dillard’s Dollars, Inc. to lease the 0.75 acre tract of land in front of Dillard’s at the Warden Road entrance to the McCain Mall.

It is not every day that both Tenant and Landlord share efforts to reach a common goal.

The new, stand-alone Tacos 4 Life’s location near the intersection of Warden Road and McCain Boulevard just off Highway 67, creates massive exposure for the site with traffic counts totaling over 107,000. The booming area is rapidly expanding with national restaurants and retailers such as Chili’s, Outback, Chuck E. Cheese’s, BJ’s Restaurant and Brewhouse, Carino’s, Dillard’s, Best Buy, and IHOP. Tacos 4 Life will surely be a welcomed addition.

Construction of the new Tacos 4 Life will begin soon with a scheduled opening in early fall 2018.
