Haag Brown Commercial is excited to announce that Fuji Japanese Steakhouse purchased a lot at the Searcy City Center development.
Evergreen Property Management, L.L.C. purchased a 1.08 acre lot from Searcy City Center 2, LLC on November 2nd. This property is visible from both US Highway 67 and Beebe Capps, lending it exposure to over 42,000 vehicles per day.
Joshua Brown of Haag Brown Commercial Real Estate & Development represented Fuji’s, while Lee Strother of Colliers International represented the development’s ownership group.

The Searcy City Center sits exactly 1 mile from Harding University, which currently has 5,100 students enrolled. Fuji will be one of the first restaurants to join Hobby Lobby, TJ Maxx, Ulta, Shoe Department, and Petco in the new development.
Construction is set to begin on the Fuji site in 2019.
