Steve Howard and Jeromy Howard of Oklahoma City plan to open a Buffalo Wild Wings location in Jonesboro by the end of this year.

The father-son partnership owns 19 franchised Buffalo Wild Wings locations, including a freshly built restaurant in Sherwood that opened in December and restaurants in Conway, Little Rock and Fort Smith. The Howards also own locations in Oklahoma and Texas.

Tarissa Bates, a Buffalo Wild Wings district manager who works for the Howards, said the Jonesboro restaurant should be very similar to the Sherwood location in layout and size. The Sherwood restaurant is 7,500 SF and seats 450 diners.

In Jonesboro, the Buffalo Wild Wings will be a free-standing restaurant in the Creek Place Development on Stadium Boulevard near the Mall at Turtle Creek.
