Since then, our team has been actively strengthening connections between the Northeast and Northwest Arkansas markets, pursuing new opportunities for our clients in both regions.Our full-time presence in NWA has already benefited long-time clients from Jonesboro, with the recent $4.75 million sale of a medical clinic in Rogers to a Jonesboro-based Haag Brown client, as well as a large NWA deal in for another Northeast Arkansas client, which is now pending. 
This symbiotic relationship between our NEA and NWA offices goes both ways – one of the most important relationships shaping the future redevelopment of The Shops at Turtle Creek in Jonesboro, lives in NWA.

‘This market is too dynamic for that,’ Brown said of his part-time participation. ‘There’s too many really capable people up here in this industry to be able to have any success doing that. We have a company goal of acquiring ‘X’ amount of assets over the next three years. The only way to make that happen was for me to physically be here.’”
