Starbucks and Men’s Wearhouse will be a part of a new retail development on Stadium Boulevard in Jonesboro.

Haag Brown Commercial closed a deal on the property on Friday for an undisclosed amount and will begin construction on the 7,300-SF facility immediately, according to a news release.

The build-to-suit project, located at 2303 Stadium Blvd., is part of the Fairgrounds Redevelopment and will entail three retail spaces.

HBC principal Greg Haag said he expects the final tenant to represent “another exciting announcement.”

Other HBC projects in the area include Cheddar’s Casual Cafe, Panera Bread, Academy Sports, Sissy’s Log Cabin, Five Guys Burgers, Plato’s Closet and Kirkland’s.

The Starbucks will include a drive-through and represent the city’s first drive-through Starbucks.
