HB Announces Highly Requested Development Coming to Brookland
“I have personally been approached by several, including Mayor Jones, expressing the city’s growing retail needs. Currently, residents have to travel 6 miles to the nearest grocery store. This development is being created to address these rising needs. We are thrilled to be part of the solution.” Joshua Brown | Haag Brown Commercial Principal
“The growth patterns of these two cities have created a perfect storm for Brookland. As a result, Brookland Public Schools is the most rapidly expanding school system in the state, several new housing developments are being constructed, and the Dollar General, Taco Bell and Sonic adjacent to this project are exceeding standard store sales.” Greg Haag | Haag Brown Commercial Principal
