Chicken Salad Chick is Coming to Jonesboro

“The addition of another mega popular QSR like Chicken Salad Chick further establishes this development as a viable restaurant destination. The “fairgrounds” is home to Panera Bread, Starbucks, Qdoba, Wings to Go, Tacos 4 Life, Cheddar’s, Uncle Maddio’s, and GiGi’s. These restaurants represent almost fifteen million dollars per year in annual restaurant sales volume. This is extremely attractive to new restaurants entering the market as customers are already coming to the site for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.” — Joshua Brown, Haag Brown Commercial Principal

“I was born and raised in Northeast Arkansas but have lived in southern Alabama for many years. This is where I was first introduced to Chicken Salad Chick and I instantly became a huge fan. The warm atmosphere and undeniable uniqueness of the concept blew me away. After watching the brand flourish, I knew I wanted to be a part of it. When the opportunity opened for a Chicken Salad Chick in Northeast Arkansas, the timing was perfect for me to relocate near family and friends and bring this Southern specialty to the local market. I am thrilled to be opening in Jonesboro and confident this community will fall in love with Chicken Salad Chick as much as I have.” – Melissa Hardcastle, Chicken Salad Chick Franchise Owner
