Popular Furniture Store Coming to Norman

NORMAN, OK | May 2, 2018

"We have toured the entire state of Oklahoma several times recently with multiple clients. Norman is consistently one of our favorite cities for both restaurants and retailers. The market is dynamic and we are excited about landing a quality location for FFO Home." Joshua Brown | Haag Brown Commercial Principal

Karleen Krywucki of Price Edwards & Company in Oklahoma City represented the property's owner, Aldi Inc. (Kansas), in the transaction.

Norman is located 17 miles south of the state capital and was recently recognized as one of the most progressive cities in the state of Oklahoma.

“The growth of this market over the past few years has been impressive. It was no question that FFO needed to be a part of it. We were just looking for the right opportunity and we found it.” Greg Haag | Haag Brown Commercial Principal
