Furniture Store to Occupy Former Office Depot Building

Warrensburg – Furniture Factory Outlet will open this fall in the former Office Depot Building, 133 E. Parsons,

across from the Walmart Super Center.

In a press release, Joshua Brown, Haag Brown Commercial principal, said, “The growth of this market over the past few years has been impressive. It was no question that FFO needed to be a part of it. He said, “The vacant Office Depot provided a great entry to the market.”

FFO Home President and CEO Larry Zigerelli “liked the location” for the Warrensburg store, Fouts said, adding, “It seemed like a great spot.”

The Warrensburg store will be FFO Homes’ 45th store, he said. The company has several other stores in Missouri, including Sedalia, as well as in Oklahoma, Kansas, Arkansas, Texas, Mississippi and Tennessee and is “looking to grow,” Fouts said. “We’re excited about opening another store,” he said.
