U.S. Pizza has been one of the most requested restaurants across all of Haag Brown Commercial’s social media outlets and the U.S. Pizza Company franchise owner is excited about bringing their concept to Jonesboro. “We have been looking at the Jonesboro market for the last few years and we are very excited about the new location. It has been a great experience working with Garrett at Haag Brown. We are looking forward to being part of this great city,” said the owner. “The Red Wolf / Highland intersection is ground zero for retail commerce in the Jonesboro trade area,” noted Haag Brown Commercial Principal Joshua Brown. “The other three corners are fully developed, so we are expecting the Highlands to be a logical landing spot for new restaurants entering the market.” Zac Qualls of Haag Brown Commercial manages the property for G & P Development, LLC and has overseen its redevelopment. “It has been a pleasure working with G & P Development on rebranding one of the most well-known shopping centers in Jonesboro,” said Zac. “We are all excited to push this renovation across the finish line and put quality tenants into the center like U.S. Pizza. The center will have great synergy and I believe it really shows with our tenant mix.”
