[BENTONVILLE, Ark. June 18, 2024] — Haag Brown Commercial is pleased to announce a long-standing, loyal

portfolio client has successfully acquired an investment property in Bentonville,

Arkansas, one of the Fastest-Growing Economic Markets in the U.S.! Located at the intersection of SW 2nd Street

and SW Elm Tree Road, the property is occupied by Circle K, one of the top C-store chains of 2024.

Our portfolio is anchored by assets deeply rooted in Northeast Arkansas. This purchase strategically positioned us to capitalize on the meaningful growth of Northwest Arkansas. This acquisition is not just a play; it's an intentional move that enhances the value of our portfolio. — Investment Buyer

Engulfed in an influx of growth within the Northwest Arkansas area, the property is surrounded by numerous

neighborhoods, is directly across from Elm Tree Elementary School and Ardis Ann Middle School, and is

conveniently connected to multiple mountain biking trails.

Nathan Eller of Haag Brown represented the Buyer and Stuart Dalrymple of Dalrymple Commercial Real Estate

represented the seller in the transaction.

We are thrilled about the acquisition the Buyers have made in Northwest Arkansas. Their enthusiasm mirrors our own excitement for this area. We anticipate witnessing the success of their ownership in this vibrant market—one of the most promising in America right now. — Nathan Eller, Executive Broker, Haag Brown Commercial

Through dedicated efforts to help clients diversify their portfolios, Haag Brown has made a substantial commitment

to studying and understanding the Northwest Arkansas landscape. The Bentonville market has positioned itself as a

welcoming community to business leaders, entrepreneurs, mountain bikers, travelers, and more by placing a

dynamic focus on quality-of-life projects and developing the infrastructure needed to support those endeavors.

The city’s intention to create attractive spaces that give people a place to live, work, play, and immerse themselves

within the city has resulted in a massive surge in growth. Recent estimates from census data show that

Bentonville’s population of about 55,000 could be tripled by 2050.

Spurred by the region’s progressive movement, this acquisition is just the beginning of Haag Brown's planned deals

in Northwest Arkansas.
