SUMO JAPANESE STEAKHOUSE COMING TO FORT SMITH

“This deal was only possible through the willingness of the Hanna family and their desire to see the continued surge of development in this area of Fort Smith. We have had the privilege of helping Sumo enter several markets, where they’ve become an instant area attraction with their amazing food and elegant, modern atmosphere. We expect them to add unparalleled value to this development," noted Joshua Brown.

Principal Developer Greg Haag stated, “Over the course of the past few years, we have had numerous clients express an interest in Fort Smith, but the availability of the right land was always a problem. This acreage was good real estate on day one and putting together several national brand retailers and restaurants on the site made it great.”
