The Whimsy Cookie Company is Coming to Little Rock, Arkansas

“We have seen this property come full circle,” said Haag Brown Commercial Principal, Joshua Brown. “Less than two years ago, we put a development plan in place for P&H to re-develop the center for a dental group. Now, we have taken the resulting investment property, sold it, and made a profit for our clients. We are excited for the new owners and thankful we were able to be of value to the former owners, as well.”

“The Whimsy Cookie Company added significant value to this center and was a key factor in its quick disposition. We expect them to continue to add value wherever they go and look forward to assisting them in other markets.” Nathan Eller :: Haag Brown Commercial
