Bargain Hunt Comes to Jonesboro, AR
Haag Brown Commercial is excited to announce Bargain Hunt will be coming to the Highland Square Shopping Center in the Spring of 2018. The discount retailer will occupy 27,490 square feet at the southern end of the former Kmart space adjacent to Surplus Warehouse.
“Through the years, multiple national retailers, including Dick’s Sporting Goods, have been interested in occupying the building but the timing has never been right. Bargain Hunt is the ideal tenant for this space and will attract other big name users. Bargain Hunt is a discount retail chain which offers customers quality name-brand merchandise such as apparel for men, women and kids, electronics, home goods, furniture, bedding and toys at 30% to 60% off the original retail price. The store also carries unique products and a constantly changing product selection so there are always new deals to discover and new treasures to find.

Haag Brown Commercial represented the Highland Square center’s ownership group, Phillips Investment & Construction, Inc. They also worked closely with Chris Routledge of Colliers International in Atlanta to secure the lease with Bargain Hunt.
Kmart has been a staple in the Highland Square Shopping Center since the building was constructed at the corner of Highland Drive and Caraway Road in the late 1980’s. The highly recognized space was brought to the market for the first time in almost 4 decades by Haag Brown Commercial at the end of last year
