The transaction closed on December 1, 2025, marking a significant milestone for both the church and the surrounding community.

The church will occupy 55,000 SF to accommodate both its traditional and contemporary worship services, along with dedicated areas for youth, children, and small group ministries. Its strategic location just off Interstate 555 provides a welcoming, highly accessible facility that supports the church’s ongoing growth and outreach efforts.

Haag Brown was honored to play a role in facilitating the transaction of this strategic property to a faith-based organization with deep roots in the region. In 2023, Haag Brown worked to fully redevelop the prominent Jonesboro landmark, giving the property a significant facelift and a complete rebranding.
