Recognized for consistently exceeding expectations, Dylan’s accomplishment places him among a distinguished group of just 22 CPMs in Arkansas and the sole holder of this designation in Northeast Arkansas. The CPM® designation, awarded by the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM), represents the pinnacle of professional education and expertise in the property management field. 

Through rigorous coursework, practical experience, and a dedication to ethical standards, Dylan has equipped himself to deliver unparalleled service and top-tier management to Haag Brown Commercial’s clients and properties. HB Asset Management’s portfolio currently encompasses over 900,000 square feet of high-end commercial retail, medical, industrial, and office space. 

Dylan is a driving force on Haag Brown’s Asset Management team, overseeing some of Arkansas’ most well-known properties, including The 2400 Building, The Highlands, Southwest Drive Center, and Turtle Creek Crossing in Jonesboro, The Chenal Center in Little Rock, and 706 S Walton in Bentonville. With a hands-on approach, he ensures each property reaches its full potential.
