[Bentonville, AR, January 5, 2026] – Haag Brown Commercial’s ownership entity, Haag-Brown Development, LLC, is proud to announce the acquisition of a nearly one acre property in the heart of downtown Bentonville. The property, located on the corner of Southwest B Street and Southwest 3rd Street, is currently home to Matkins Flowers & Greenhouse.

Matkins Flowers & Greenhouse will continue operating through 2026, honoring a century of serving the Bentonville community when it reaches its 100th anniversary in April.
