Huddle House is Coming to Jonesboro, AR
Haag Brown Commercial is excited to announce that Huddle House, a classic American casual dining experience with a homestyle twist, will be joining the Highlands Shopping Center.
Huddle House franchise owner, Bobby Byram, is excited about bringing their concept to Jonesboro.
“We have been franchisees with Huddle House for more than 15 years and we are excited to be opening our third location in the great city of Jonesboro! For those who are not familiar with our brand, we serve breakfast, lunch, and dinner – any meal, any time and we are excited to bring a greater variety to the full service, breakfast dining options of Jonesboro!”
The Highlands shopping center sits on 7 acres at the intersection of Highland Drive and Red Wolf Boulevard and has been a landmark in Jonesboro’s retail market for decades. The center has undergone extensive renovations and, with the addition of Huddle House, is nearing full capacity.
Zac Qualls of Haag Brown Commercial manages the property for G & P Development, LLC and has overseen its redevelopment.
“It has been a pleasure working with G & P Development on rebranding one of the most well-known shopping centers in Jonesboro. We are excited to put quality tenants into the center like Huddle House. The Highlands has great synergy and I believe it really shows with our unique tenant mix. We have been able to add six new tenants to the center this year alone which is incredible with our current environment. There are a few spaces remaining but I feel like they won’t be available for long.” Zac Qualls | Haag Brown Commercial Broker
Huddle House will occupy the 6,000 square foot western end-cap that faces Highland Drive and has been the recent home of U.S. Pizza Company.
Nathan Eller of Haag Brown Commercial represented Huddle House and assisted them in securing a space within The Highlands.
“It’s been great working with Bobby and Huddle House on opening their first Jonesboro store at one of the best intersections in town. I’m excited for the Jonesboro market to experience this type of product and restaurant environment.” Nathan Eller | Haag Brown Commercial Broker
“Working with Haag Brown to make this happen has been a great pleasure and we look forward to continue working with them in the future!” Bobby Byram, Huddle House Franchisee
Construction within the space is already underway and the restaurant is expected to open in the spring of 2021.
