Haag Brown Commercial is eager to announce the QSR “Breakout Brand of 2021,” Slim Chickens, is coming to Jacksonville, Arkansas! The fast, casual restaurant will be located off of U.S. Hwy 167, in front of the Walmart Super Center, just minutes from the Little Rock Air Force Base (LRAFB).
The development team hopes the highly visible location’s proximity to LRAFB. The parcel is also positioned at the entrance of Wal-Mart Supercenter; the largest retailer in the trade area.

Slim Chickens seeks to serve the freshest ingredients with time-tested household recipes while welcoming customers to their friendly and relaxing atmosphere. The booming restaurant chain is continuing to expand its southern roots with 60 locations slated to open this year.
Jacksonville’s 2,400 square foot free-standing store will follow the restaurant’s modern, new design which features a lighted outdoor patio and full-service drive-through. Construction is underway and Slim Chickens is expected to open late 2022.
