As is the case with cities across Northwest Arkansas, Rogers is booming with economic growth. Pleasant Crossing Commons, the 300,000 square foot shopping center anchored by Walmart, Burlington, Ross, Pet Supplies Plus, and Famous Footwear, has become the area’s prime landing spot for new national restaurants and retailers.
“Northwest Arkansas is on FIRE right now. With over $481 million in building permits issued in 2020 and medical office space in high demand, the timing was perfect for JP&O to establish their brand in the region, while creating an innovative office complex. Couple that with a highly visible location surrounded by multiple restaurant/retail projects and this development will be a popular office destination for years to come.” Joshua Brown, Principal | Haag Brown Development
On Thursday, January 7th, Chordline Holdings, LLC purchased the 2 acre development site, located directly across from the new Everest Rehabilitation Hospital.
“We carefully selected this location to be convenient and accessible to our patients and our numerous partners in the region collaborating to manage their care. The area should become a magnet for the collaborative treatment of those living with amputation, physical disabilities or functional mobility needs.” Rob Yates, President and CEO | JP&O Prosthetic & Orthotic Laboratory
The development will be comprised of two visually impressive buildings joined by a large, landscaped courtyard with multiple seating areas. Not only will these amenities be enjoyed by the development’s tenants and clients, JP&O intends to use the green space as a real world environment for their patients implementing new prosthetics.
JP&O will occupy space in the northern center’s southern most end-cap. The adjoining 4,000+ square foot end-cap will be available for lease and can be divided into (2) 2,000 square foot spaces, while the southern building can accommodate a 4,000+ square foot user. With frontage on both South Pleasant Crossing Road and South Dixieland Road, as well as, visibility from I-49, the development will have exposure to over 96,000 cars per day.
“We are excited about our investment in the NWA area and our contribution to the deep rooted healthcare community. We are humbled to step into such an expansive group of professionals in the Bentonville/Rogers/ Fayetteville area and look forward to seeing this development come to life.” Cyle Gates, COO | JP&O Prosthetic & Orthotic Laboratory
