Haag Brown is pleased to announce Starbucks is opening a new cafe in the heart of the Northwest Arkansas market. This new, free-standing development will be located in one of the fastest-growing cities in the nation, Springdale, Arkansas!
Situated on the corner of Elm Springs Rd. and N. 48th St., Starbucks will sit at the signalized entrance of the new Mercy Hospital campus. Across from a large format Wal-Mart Super Center, Panda Express, and McDonald’s, this new development will be an easy access point from Interstate 49, with excellent visibility to over 70,000 cars per day.

The location will feature a full-service drive-through with a modern storefront layout, adding outdoor patio seating topped with classic string lights and complimentary landscaping.
Since developing the first Springdale Starbucks in 2015, Haag Brown has assisted the highly recognized coffee brand in expanding its reach, sprouting seven locations around Northeast Arkansas in the last decade. Joshua Brown, a principal in Haag Brown Development, ran the lead on the project.
Haag Brown Development purchased 2.7 acres from Mercy Health System and will divide the property into three out-parcels lining the south side of Elm Springs Road, just off I-49. Stonebridge Construction is the general contractor for the project, which is already underway!
