Starbucks Comes to Lowell, AR

Haag Brown is excited to announce that Starbucks is finally coming to Lowell, Arkansas! The new store will be located at the signalized intersection of Highway 71 (S. Bloomington Street) and East Monroe Avenue.

Haag Brown Development has expanded the highly recognized coffee brand across Arkansas. This will be the 7th Starbucks the company has brought to Northwest Arkansas in less than five years.

After over 11 months of work, the 0.83 acre site, located across from Kum & Go and Arvest Bank, was purchased by Haag-Brown Development, LLC last Friday. Steve Launius mediated for the property’s ownership group, Yates Group, Inc., in the transaction.

The site sits just east of the Interstate 49 bypass and has exposure to over 50,000 cars per day.

For this project, Starbucks will be implementing its new drive through only concept that features a walk-up window and outdoor seating. The small design sweetly combines the retro feel of a 1950’s shake shack with Starbucks’ iconic modern coffee shop vibe.

Construction of the building is set to begin soon.
