LITTLE ROCK, AR | August 24, 2016 :: As Tacos 4 Life begins its expansion through Arkansas, Haag Brown is excited to announce that a deal has been closed that will bring Tacos 4 Life to Little Rock. It will be located on an out lot in the Shackleford Crossings Shopping Center.
“We are growing, and excited to be opening a location in Little Rock which is a tremendous milestone for our young company,” said Tacos 4 Life Co-owner Austin Samuelson. The new, stand-alone restaurant has frontage on South Shackleford Road, just east of Interstate 430, creating massive exposure for the site. The traffic counts for both thoroughfares combined total over 100,000 cars per day. The booming area is rapidly expanding with both nationally and locally-owned restaurants and retailers such as Gordmans, Babies”R”Us, Samurai Japanese Steakhouse, Longhorn Steakhouse, Chuck E. Cheese’s, Arby’s and Texas Roadhouse.
“We’ve assisted Tacos 4 Life in creating a vigorous development plan and Little Rock was the most logical place to start,” stated Haag Brown Commercial Principal Joshua Brown. “Little Rock is a natural market, which provides an opportunity to reach more customers than any other city in our state. It is in the heart of Arkansas and will provide an anchor to branch out from.”
Tacos 4 Life, a Conway based company whose ultimate goal is to eradicate childhood hunger worldwide, provides Feed My Starving Children the funds necessary to purchase one meal for every meal sold in the restaurant.
“Our main focus as a restaurant is to feed hungry children by providing customers with made-from-scratch, amazing food. Opening another location will allow us to build relationships in a new community and raise even more meals for hungry children.” Ashton Samuelson, Co-owner, Tacos 4 Life
Haag Brown Commercial Broker Nathan Eller shared his excitement about seeing Tacos 4 Life launch in Little Rock.
“This is a huge market and we believe the restaurant will perform well. Starving children will be fed as a result.v We are thrilled to have served alongside these guys in their mission. We look forward to sharing in their announcements of other locations that will be coming over the next months and upcoming year.” Nathan Eller, Haag Brown
The 1 acre tract of land, located between Longhorn Steakhouse and the Boomerang Carwash, was purchased by Tacos 4 Life on Wednesday, August 24th. Hank Kelley and Eric Varner of Flake and Kelley Commercial in Little Rock represented the seller, Shackleford Crossings Investors, LLC. “Hank and Eric worked extremely hard in getting this project across the finish line,” noted Josh Brown.
