ROGERS, AR | May 17, 2017 :: Tacos 4 Life is continuing their course of expansion in 2017!! After recently announcing five new locations coming to Little Rock, Benton, Springdale, Searcy and Jonesboro, Haag Brown is excited to release that a sixth deal has closed that will bring the restaurant to Rogers. It will be located along South Pinnacle Hills Parkway adjacent to the new Legacy National Bank.
Tacos 4 Life, a Conway based company whose ultimate goal is to eradicate childhood hunger worldwide, provides Feed My Starving Children the funds necessary to purchase one meal for every meal sold in the restaurant.

Haag Brown Commercial worked along side Tom Allen of Sage Partners in Rogers who represented Pinnacle Corner, LLC, owner of the 1.01 acre property.

Haag Brown Principal Joshua Brown offered the credit for the success of this project to the property’s seller, Mrs. Johnelle Hunt.

This deal was only possible through the willingness of Mrs. Hunt and her desire to see the continued growth of the Pinnacle Hills area. She certainly did not have to sell us the lot. The freestanding, 3,800 square foot restaurant will have frontage on South Pinnacle Hills Parkway and South JB Hunt Drive. The site is at the epicenter of Rogers’ expanding retail market. It sits just off of Interstate 49, between The Arkansas Music Pavilion and new Wal-Mart Neighborhood Market. The site also has direct access to W. Pauline Whitaker Parkway which feeds directly into the Pinnacle Hills Promenade, home to numerous nationally and locally owned businesses, restaurants and retailers such as Cabela’s, Target, The Fresh Market, Houlihan’s, P.F. Chang’s, Best Buy, PetSmart, and dozens more.
