SPRINGDALE, AR | December 27, 2016 :: The year 2016 was a busy one for Tacos 4 Life!! After announcing two new locations coming to Little Rock and Benton, Haag Brown is excited to release that a third deal has closed that will bring the restaurant to Springdale. It will be located along West Sunset Avenue at the entrance to Harber Meadows, a master planned residential-business community, near Arvest Ballpark in West Springdale.
Tacos 4 Life, a Conway based company whose ultimate goal is to eradicate childhood hunger worldwide, provides Feed My Starving Children the funds necessary to purchase one meal for every meal sold in the restaurant.
“Our main focus as a restaurant is to feed hungry children by providing customers with made-from-scratch, amazing food. Opening another location will allow us to build relationships in a new community and raise even more meals for hungry children.” Ashton Samuelson :: Tacos-4-Life Owner
The new restaurant will be part of a 9,900 square foot retail center that has frontage on both JTL Parkway and West Sunset Avenue. The site is next door to a brand new Freddy’s Frozen Custard & Steakburgers and sits just west of Interstate 49, lending it exposure to 32,000 cars per day. The booming area is rapidly expanding with both nationally and locally owned businesses, restaurants and retailers such as Buffalo Wild Wings, Bank of the Ozarks, and Harps grocery store.
“The Springdale Tacos 4 Life project is an exciting one for us at HB for numerous reason, but in part because of the cast of players involved in the deal. We worked with Clinton Bennett and his clients, who are doing big things with Freddy’s. We worked with Robin Nix at JRN Investments and Tacos 4 Life in putting together the project. Both of these companies are doing things with eternal implications and it is exciting to play a small part in it.” Joshua Brown :: Haag Brown Commercial Principal
The 1.68 acre tract of land, located between Buffalo Wild Wings and the new Freddy’s Frozen Custard & Steakburgers, was purchased on Tuesday, December 27th by JRN Investments, LLC as a part of a development that was put together by Haag Brown Commercial. Clinton Bennett of CBRE in Fayetteville represented the seller, 3PRG Real Estate, LLC.
Tacos 4 Life will open their Springdale location in the fourth quarter of 2017.
