Tacos 4 Life, a Conway based company whose ultimate goal is to eradicate childhood hunger worldwide, provides Feed My Starving Children the funds necessary to purchase one meal for every meal sold in the restaurant.

The freestanding, 3,800 square foot restaurant has frontage on South Pinnacle Hills Parkway and South JB Hunt Drive. The site is at the epicenter of Rogers’ expanding retail market. It sits just off of Interstate 49, between The Arkansas Music Pavilion and new Wal-Mart Neighborhood Market. The site also has direct access to W. Pauline Whitaker Parkway which feeds directly into the Pinnacle Hills Promenade, home to numerous nationally and locally owned businesses, restaurants and retailers such as Cabela’s, Target, The Fresh Market, Houlihan’s, P.F. Chang’s, Best Buy, PetSmart, and dozens more.
Haag Brown Commercial worked along side Tom Allen of Sage Partners in Rogers who represented Pinnacle Corner, LLC, owner of the 1.01 acre property.

FFO Home is now open at 3715 N. Belt Highway, St. Joseph, MO. (Google Link)
FFO Home is a superior value furniture retailer who offers their customers top quality furniture and selection at a price 30- 50% below their competitors. The company was founded over 30 years ago and keeps expanding across multiple states. The St. Joseph store will be FFO Home’s 48th location.
The popular furniture store is now located in the 35,000 square foot space formerly occupied by Big Bob’s Carpet Outlet at the corner of North Belt Highway and Rochester Road beside Lowe’s.
Mark McConahay and Tony DeTommaso with Block & Company, Inc. in Kansas City, represented the building’s Landlord, BB St. Joe, LLC, and assisted Haag Brown Commercial in securing the lease with FFO.
