2400 Building in Jonesboro, AR

In 2013, Haag Brown and Colliers International joined an ownership group that bought the 52,000-SF Regions Bank building in Jonesboro. The five-story tower was purchased out of a foreclosure-bankruptcy sale and rebranded as the 2400 Building, with Haag Brown handling leasing. Joshua Brown positioned it as the best centrally located office property in the Jonesboro trade area, and the project became the firm’s diving board into property management services.
