Chenal Shopping Center in Little Rock, AR

Haag Brown purchased the shopping center adjoining the Kroger Marketplace at Chenal Parkway and Kirk Road in west Little Rock from Kroger. At closing, 15,272 SF of its 63,212 SF was unoccupied, with Marshalls and Fit Factory as tenants. The team re-leased the vacancy and added a free-standing Slim Chickens, bringing the center to a tenant mix that now includes 5 Below. Today it is a national tenant power center next to the state’s first Costco in one of Little Rock’s fastest-growing corridors.
