Creek Place in Jonesboro, AR

Haag Brown developed Creek Place on Stadium Boulevard (now Red Wolf Boulevard) near The Mall at Turtle Creek, turning the corridor into a busy dining, retail and grocery destination. In 2013, the firm landed Buffalo Wild Wings on a 2 acre site in the development and built an upscale retail center for Nix Development that opened with Schlotzsky’s, Great Clips and fab’rik. In 2014, Haag Brown Commercial represented the owner of the Creek Place Development in the sale of a 5.26 acre tract to Wal-Mart Neighborhood Market, which opened at 2811 Creek Drive just off Red Wolf Boulevard in early 2015 as one of the first stores of its kind in the region.
