CVS Pharmacy in Jonesboro, AR

Haag Brown brought one of the nation’s largest pharmacy chains to Jonesboro at the intersection of Southwest Drive and Highland Drive, a crossroads that links the north, south, east and west sides of the city. The team built a relationship with the property’s sellers, Marty Bennett, owner of Bennett’s Nursery, and Sharon Porter, and partnered with Boos Development to deliver the site for CVS. Greg Haag said the redevelopment would make a significant visual impact at the busiest intersection in Jonesboro’s southwest retail market. The deal also sparked a wave of reinvestment along the corridor, including a stand-alone Starbucks next to Veterans Park and the rebuild of the McDonald’s across the street.
