Haag Brown represented Dennis and Kay Noell in the sale of DNW Outdoors & Automotive, the outdoors and automotive accessories retailer they have operated in Jonesboro since 1987. The deal started when the Parish family approached him about acquiring a business or starting a venture in town, and Joshua Brown connected them with the Noells. The result was a local-to-local succession that kept one of the top sporting goods stores in the state of Arkansas in hometown hands.
