E-Commerce Park in Jonesboro, AR

Haag Brown bought 187.39 acres along Interstate 555 to build a logistics, warehousing and digital fulfillment park that would include up to 3 million SF of space. Joshua Brown spent a year and a half working out the details with Hytrol officials, landing the park’s first tenant. Hytrol’s 150,000 SF warehouse let it consolidate three warehouses into one, and the park became Northeast Arkansas’ first ultramodern logistics, warehousing, and digital fulfillment park.
