In 2021, Haag Brown acquired and redeveloped the property at 706 S. Walton Boulevard in Bentonville, Arkansas, a 20,000-square-foot office building on nearly three acres, and later sold it. First Horizon anchors the building, which is fully leased with Arkansas Children’s, Gates Prosthetics and Alleviant. Haag Brown Commercial manages the property and now lists it for sale on behalf of the current owner.
