Hay's Clothing in Jonesboro, AR

In 2015, Haag Brown represented Hays Clothing in its purchase of the 55,000-square-foot former Coca-Cola bottling plant at Caraway Road and Highland Drive in Jonesboro, Arkansas, which was redeveloped into a Hays Clothing store. Haag Brown later represented the building’s $5.6 million sale to Tech Friends.
