Highland Square is a 192,537 square foot shopping center on 21+ acres at Highland and Caraway, where Kmart was the center’s original anchor, occupying the 82,000+ square foot northern end-cap. Haag Brown backfilled the dark Kmart box and completely renovated the center, adding brand new tenants, including Ross, Michael’s, Play It Again Sports, Best Buy, & Boot Barn. The once-struggling center reached 100% leased and was brought to market at $26.5 million.
