In 2025, Nathan Eller of Haag Brown Commercial represented the buyer, Long Point Enterprise LLC, in a 1031 exchange purchase of the medical and retail center at S. Dixieland Road and S. Pleasant Crossing in Rogers, Arkansas. Haag Brown Development built the project in 2020, and tenants include JP&O Orthopedics, Mercy, Los Compas and Ottobock.
