Phoenix Flyover in Fort Smith, AR

Phoenix Flyover is Fort Smith’s newest and most exciting retail development located between Academy Sports and the Target-anchored Pavilion development. Working with the Hanna family, Haag Brown unlocked I-540 frontage that Greg Haag said clients had long wanted, as the availability of the right land was always a problem. The development delivered the city’s highest grossing Starbucks, Tacos 4 Life, and a Sumo Japanese Steakhouse.
