Ritter Communications in Jonesboro, AR

In 2019, Haag Brown Development bought Ritter Communications’ Jonesboro headquarters in a $6.6 million sale-leaseback, with Ritter signing a 20-year lease. The building, in the Hill Park development, was the first LEED Silver Certified office building in the Jonesboro market.
