Southwest Drive Business Center in Jonesboro, AR

Joshua Brown and Zac Qualls negotiated Haag Brown’s purchase of the Southwest Drive Business Center from the founding Baker family. The property includes three multi-tenant office/retail buildings near the signalized intersection of Southwest Drive and Highland, a corridor that sees more than 42,000 cars a day. Haag Brown then redeveloped and rebranded it as the Southwest Center, modernizing it with new signage, landscaping and a dramatic exterior transformation to match nearby projects like Starbucks and CVS. The leasing team landed ARcare’s 4,000 SF regional corporate office in the southern end-cap and brought in additional tenants, making the center fully leased for the first time since the acquisition.
