Starbucks in Lowell, AR

Haag Brown developed this build-to-suit, drive-through-only Starbucks at the signalized corner of Highway 71 (Bloomington Street) and East Monroe Avenue in Lowell, Arkansas. After more than 11 months of work, Haag Brown bought the 0.83-acre former EZ Mart site in 2020, and the 1,343-square-foot store opened in August 2021 with a walk-up window and outdoor seating. It was the seventh Starbucks Haag Brown brought to Northwest Arkansas in under five years, and Haag Brown later sold the property to investors for $1.7 million.
