Haag Brown developed a freestanding Starbucks at Elm Springs Road and North 48th Street in Springdale, Arkansas, at the signalized entrance to the Mercy Hospital campus. The store was part of a 2.7-acre acquisition from Mercy Health System planned as three outparcels, and includes a drive-through and outdoor patio.
