Haag Brown purchased a 1.3-acre parcel of the Phoenix Flyover off Interstate 549 in Fort Smith, Arkansas, between the Target-anchored Pavilion and Academy Sports, and was hired to develop the rest of the 8-acre site. The first tenants were Starbucks and Arkansas Dentistry and Braces.
