Starbucks on Red Wolf Boulevard in Jonesboro, AR

Haag Brown developed a 7,300-square-foot build-to-suit retail center at 2303 Red Wolf Boulevard (then Stadium Boulevard) in Jonesboro, Arkansas, as part of the Fairgrounds redevelopment. The three-space center included Starbucks and Men’s Wearhouse, and the Starbucks was the city’s first with a drive-through.
