After seeing the E-Commerce Park, Roach Manufacturing approached Haag Brown about a similar project, which became the first lifestyle-focused, master-planned, mixed-use development in Trumann, Arkansas. The 140 acres along I-555 are planned for office, retail, restaurants, housing, and a trail network tied to the Sunken Lands River Trail. The first phase is an 80,000 square foot, state-of-the-art facility for Roach Conveyors, with room to expand to over 160,000 SF and a 3.62 acre lake with a walking trail.
