Tech Friends in Jonesboro, AR

Joshua Brown saw potential in the long-vacant Coca-Cola bottling plant at Caraway and Highland and thought of someone who might embrace an unusual retail redevelopment: the owners of Hays Clothing. In 2015, Haag Brown Commercial represented the Hays Clothing store in their purchase of the vacant Coca-Cola Bottling Plant, and the existing 55,000 square foot building was converted to retail bringing a host of new jobs. When the Hays retired, Tech Friends, Inc. purchased the building, giving the landmark a second life as a technology employer.
